At the time of writing, there are four The Farmer’s Dog recipes – beef, chicken, pork and turkey. You can select which of The Farmer’s Dog meals you’d like to feed to your dogs.

How Much Do I Pay?

Once I finished the process, The Farmer’s Dog quoted me $193 for Copper and Skye’s meal. That works out at $6.55 a day to feed The Farmer’s Dog to Copper and Skye.
However, The Farmer’s Dog offer the option of deliveries every 14 days or every 40 days.
If you opt for every 14 days, you’ll have to pay slightly more but you don’t require as much fridge or freezer space to store The Farmer’s Dog fresh dog food.
But if you’ve got sufficient space or a second refrigerator, you can opt for deliveries every 40 days. This will reduce your The Farmer’s Dog costs.

Seeing as I’ve got a spare refrigerator, I decided to set The Farmer’s Dog deliveries to every 40 days, which reduced my monthly cost to $153 per month (based on a 30-day month) or $5.12 a day.
It’s important to note that The Farmer’s Dog will charge you every 14 days or every 40 days depending on your selection when completing their questionnaire.
However, I’ve multiplied the daily price by 30 to give you a rough idea of the monthly cost because most fresh dog food brands will charge dog owners on a monthly basis.
